Culmen Selection

The essence of excellence.

Selección Culmen brings together the most special pieces chosen by Jesús García for his original store in Los Palacios y Villafranca.

Hams, shoulders and sausages that stand out for their exceptional curing, their deep flavor and a texture that can only be achieved with time and dedication.

A limited collection that represents the best of his experience, his craft and his respect for the Iberian product.
