In 2012 , my wife María del Mar and I opened our first grocery store. Since then, we have continued to grow, evolving into a gourmet space that represents everything we love: the product, the people, and the culture of ham.
My journey in competition began in 2015 when I joined the National Ham Carving League . After traveling all over Spain, participating in countless competitions, and enjoying unique experiences with my family, in 2019 I reached one of the greatest milestones of my career: the INTERPORC SPAIN International Championship , considered the World Championship of Ham Carving , the only one endorsed by the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture.
In 2021 , encouraged by colleagues and friends, I returned to competition and won the Spanish National League Championship , held in La Alberca (Salamanca) , one of the cradles of Iberian ham.
Today, together with María del Mar, we proudly manage our gourmet shop in Los Palacios y Villafranca , as well as a professional slicing room from which we work for restaurants, caterers and companies in the sector.
The Jesús García brand continues to grow with new projects, always with the same enthusiasm and commitment: to offer quality, professionalism and passion for ham .
We also offer masterclasses, personalized courses and group training , and participate in national and international fairs , always upholding dedication, respect and the art of cutting .
